Founder/CEO - WATTMORE Corp.

J.W. founded and led WATTMORE (formerly Nikola Power) from his dining room table to a serious player in the Energy Software Industry. He founded WATTMORE in 2017 and led the formation of the company, from seed round through its successful Series A round in 2022 while positioning it for future growth and success. Now in 2025, the company is poised for dramatic growth in delivering a unified back office software platform Intellect Operate and Intellect EnFORM.

In 2008 JW was a co-founder of Main Street Power, a pioneer in the distributed generation power purchase agreement space and an innovator in clean energy finance. J.W. has also served as an executive, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Operating Officer with Milender White Construction, SunShare, and Clean Energy Collective respectively.

J.W. is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has a Master in Public Policy degree from Georgetown University. He is married to his college sweetheart, Jennifer, and they have three amazing kids – Carly, Jackson, and Calvin. J.W. is active in Colorado politics, non-profits, and community work. He has served on the board of the Colorado Solar & Storage Association (COSSA) from 2018-2024, Solar Electric Light Fund (www.SELF.org) 2010-2025, Conservation Colorado 2019-current, and is the 2018 co-chair of the Denver Public School Foundation Gala with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing, cycling, and fiction writing.

Director of Private Investments, Arosa

Lillian Shattock is Director of Private Investments for Arosa. Prior to Arosa, Lillian was a Project Analyst at 3G Sahana Capital Partners. Before 3G, she was an Associate at AGE Equity Partners in London, covering Private Equity, Real Estate and Fund of Fund Investments. She began her career in the Global Financial Advisory division of Rothschild Co, London, covering the Industrials, TMT and Financials sectors. Lillian graduated from Magdalen College at the University of Oxford in 2012 and holds a B.A. in Classics.

Chief Technology Officer - WATTMORE Corp.

Eric is the Chief Technology Officer of WATTMORE, where he leads product development, software and hardware engineering, and technology infrastructure teams, driving innovation across the company's energy management platforms.

A seasoned executive, visionary entrepreneur, and accomplished engineer, Eric brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning renewable energy, power systems, real estate development, and control system engineering. He holds ten U.S. patents and is a NABCEP-certified solar professional.

Eric's career began at the National Institute of Standards and Technology before he founded a successful multifamily real estate development company, which propelled him into the renewable energy sector. He joined Main Street Power Company in 2010 as its Chief Technology and Operations Officer, where he oversaw the deployment of 100's of megawatts and $100's of millions in solar projects throughout the United States, Canada, and Africa.

Following the acquisition of Main Street Power by AES Corporation in 2015, Eric became the Chief Technology Officer of AES Distributed Energy, a Forbes Global company, where he advanced power and renewable energy solutions on a global scale. Working with partners including Tesla, Panasonic, BYD, LG Chem, and Samsung, he deployed lithium-ion storage systems nationwide—both integrated with pv systems and as stand-alone installations. Just prior to joining WATTMORE Eric served as CTO of Sustainable Living Innovations, where he spearheaded the design and development of the world's most energy-efficient prefabricated high-rise apartment building system leading to one of the highest energy efficient multi-family high rise towers in the world.

Eric earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
