    Nikola Power, the Denver-based climate tech software firm, is thrilled to announce it’s inked a deal with the nonprofit ICAST (International Center for Appropriate and Sustainable Technology). ICAST was selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) to implement a national initiative to overcome the hurdles of deploying solar energy for low-income populations living in multifamily affordable housing (MFAH).

  • WATTMORE and Urban Electric Power selected to join Newlab’s Resilient Energy Studio, will team up to bring energy storage solutions to NYC.

    Brooklyn, New York, Nov. 1, 2022 — WATTMORE, a climate tech start-up building an adaptive Energy Management Software platform for managing and operating the coming wave of scalable energy storage projects, has been chosen along with battery innovator Urban Electric Power to participate in the Resilient Energy Studio, a partnership between the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) and Newlab.

  • This pilot project will connect more energy storage in NYC.

    The Resilient Energy Studio is in collaboration with Con Edison, and the projects will piloting WATTMORE, a climate tech start-up building an adaptive Energy Management Software platform, to manage and operate the projects, Urban Electric Power, innovator of an alkaline battery, for the energy storage component.on goes here
