Electrical Engineer

Petra is passionate about renewable energy systems and storage, as well as sustainable and innovative engineering solutions. During her undergraduate studies, she was a part of the Renewable Energy Design team and worked on the design and implementation of the ioT Wave.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, she led a team that recreated the pulse oximeter device with affordable, at-home accessible parts. She also had a brief summer internship with an automation company.

Petra graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. She also was an All-Big West, ITA All-American and ITA Scholar-Athlete as a tennis player for the Warriors.
