SERVICE DESCRIPTION

By subscribing to our SMS alert service, you agree to receive text messages from Wattmore regarding your solar monitoring system, including but not limited to:

  • System performance alerts and anomalies

  • Equipment malfunction notifications

  • Maintenance reminders and scheduling

  • Weather-related impact notifications

  • Monthly performance summaries

CONSENT AND OPT-IN

Personal Data We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Service: When you visit, use and interact with the Service, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Service, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com, yahoo.com, etc.), and which browsers people use to access the Service (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.), broad geographical information, and navigation pattern. In particular, the following information is created and automatically logged in our systems:

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

WATMTORE recognizes the privacy interests of children, and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. Neither the Site is not directed to children under the age of 18 and does not target this Site to children under 18. WATTMORE does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that a child under the age of 18 provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us so we can delete it.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

DATA RETENTION

Google Analytics: Data is retained for 26 months by default

Microsoft Clarity: Session recordings are retained for up to 30 days

We retain analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy.

We also use third parties (such as, Google and Facebook,) to serve advertisements that may be of interest to you on other websites. We use Facebook Pixels on our Services, which tracks user behavior. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected via Facebook Pixel is anonymous to us, meaning that we do not see the personal information of individual users, however it is stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Privacy Policy. You may opt out by clicking here. SOCIAL PLUGINS ON OUR SITE

We may use social plugins on our Site and may include icons that allow you to interact with third party social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. For example, you may sign into the Site with Facebook, include your social media profile in your listing and you may “like” us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter. The third-party social plugin may set a cookie when your browser creates a connection to the servers of such social networks and the plugin may transmit your data to the social networks.
